Who in their right minds would not want their own hot six pack abs?

However, a little nap or rest prior to your exercise regimen can benefit your program as well. This will help boost your energy level, which in turn can help you increase the intensity and duration of your exercises almost naturally. A 20 to 45-minute nap before your workout can be extremely beneficial.
